2005 Men's Cross Country

Oct 22 -- Carson-Newman Women, Mars Hill Men Claim 2005 SAC Cross Country Titles
Several records were established as the Carson-Newman women and Mars Hill men claimed the team titles at the 2005 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Cross Country Championships, held Saturday morning at the Greene Valley Development Center. MHC's Rachel Retallick finished first in the women's division, while MHC's Daniel Amick won on the men's side. All-SAC awards were announced also, and this release has the complete list of honorees.

Oct 23 -- Mars Hill Sweeps 2004 SAC Cross Country Championship
The Mars Hill College men and women’s cross country teams took home top honors at the 2004 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference (SAC) Cross Country Championships held Saturday morning at Panther Creek State Park. Craig Eckstein was named the men’s Runner of the Year as he finished first in the 8K race. On the women’s side, Sarah Utz of Wingate earned Runner of the Year.
