Kent GeorgeLenoir-Rhyne College won the 2006 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference’s Men’s Golf Championship, which concluded Tuesday at the Lake Hickory Country Club at Catawba Springs. The title was the first in school history for the Bears. Lenoir-Rhyne’s Kent George took home individual honors.

Apr 19 -- Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Men’s Golf Championship: Presbyterian Wins 2005 Title
Presbyterian College shot a closing round 299 and held off a late Tusculum College charge to win the 2005 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Men's Golf Championship held Tuesday at Lake Hickory Country Club at Catawba Springs. Individually, Presbyterian College's Hugh Morrison was named 2005 Food Lion SAC Tournament MVP after shooting final round two-under-par 70 to claim individual honors.

Apr 21 -- 2004 Food Lion SAC Men's Golf Championship: Carson-Newman Rolls to Title
Carson-Newman College took home the 2004 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Men's Golf Championship Wednesday at the Regent Park Golf Course in Fort Mill, S.C. The Eagles rolled to a 17-stroke victory over runner-up Catawba. Carson-Newman also had the top two individuals, Tanner Davis (Kingsport, Tenn.) and Matthew Cram-Smith.
