McFarland Falters in Second Round of NCAA

HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. --- Tusculum College senior Rachel McFarland (Jonesborough, Tenn.) shot a second-round 87 to fall into a tie for 15th place in the NCAA Division II Women's Golf National Tournament. McFarland entered today in third after carding a 77 yesterday. Kim Keyer-Scott of Northern Kentucky University continues to lead the tournament by one shot over Freddie Seeholzer and Charlotte Campbell of Rollins College. Rollins leads the team competition by 19 strokes over Florida Southern College. Day three of the four-round event will be Friday.
