Presbyterian College SAAC Raises $510 for Hurricane Relief Fund

CLINTON, SC - The Presbyterian College Student Athlete Advisory Council recently collected $510 to assist with rebuilding efforts in Florida from last fall’s Hurricane Ivan.

The money was collected from general donations during home football, volleyball and soccer events. Presbyterian College student athletes contributed to the collection.

All money will be used to assist with rebuilding efforts in Pensacola, Florida which was hit hard by Hurricane Ivan. Several student athletes, using their own money for lodging and food, will be escorted by the Presbyterian Chaplin Rev. David S. Lindsay to Pensacola the week before Christmas to present the money and assist with rebuilding efforts.
