The Athletic Training Students acted as "Athletic Trainers" for each of the teams. Assistant Athletic Trainer and Program Director Rob Dingle were there to help assist the students with their duties. The Athletic Training students were broken up into two groups and each group had a certain day to go to the tournament. The games started as early as 8:45 AM and lasted till 10:00 PM.

The Athletic Training students enjoyed the experience that the tournament provided. The tournament brought a different atmosphere to the students. Due to weather, they were not able to attend the final round of the tournament, which was held on Saturday.
