Broadcast Times Announced for Carson-Newman at Wingate Time Warner/SAC Basketball Televised Game

ROCK HILL, SC – The final regular-season conference games between Carson-Newman and Wingate will hit the airways this week leading up to the 2006 Food Lion SAC Basketball Tournament.

The South Atlantic Conference Television Network will show Saturday night’s game between Carson-Newman and Wingate on a taped delay basis across the North Carolina Piedmont on Time Warner Cable.

The games will also be shown in Charlotte on Time Warner Cable channel 9, as well as Gaston County, Monroe, Rockingham and Shelby. A complete list of broadcast times is below. Check with your local Time Warner cable provider to verify dates and times, as they are subject to change.

Ryan Rose, the voice of the South Atlantic Conference Television Network, will handle the play-by-play. Tommy Love, former head basketball coach at Newberry College, will handle the color commentary.

Time Warner will televise the four semifinal and two championship games at the 2006 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference men’s and women’s basketball tournament in Hickory, N.C.
