Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Volleyball Championship: Presbyterian Rallies to Claim Title
The top seed Presbyterian College Lady Blue Hose fought back from a two game deficit to win 25-30, 20-30, 30-22, 32-30, 15-9 over No. 2 seed Wingate University in the championship match of the 2005 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Volleyball Tournament held Sunday afternoon on the campus of Lenoir-Rhyne College. The victory gives the Lady Blue Hose (32-4) their second straight SAC Tournament title.

Oct 29 -- Presbyterian Clinches SAC Regular Season Volleyball Title
The Presbyterian College volleyball team had six of seven players register double figure digs as the Lady Blue Hose defeated Wingate University three games to two in South Atlantic Conference (SAC) action on Saturday afternoon in the Ross E. Templeton Center. With the victory, the Lady Blue Hose (27-4 overall, 13-0 SAC) clinched the SAC regular season title for the third straight year.

Aug 15 -- Presbyterian College Picked to Win 2005 South Atlantic Conference Volleyball Title
Presbyterian College, which has captured the past two regular-season South Atlantic Conference volleyball titles, is the favorite once again heading into the 2005 season. The Blue Hose placed three on the preseason All-Conference volleyball team, including Erin Friday, the 2004 SAC Volleyball Player of the Year.

Nov 2 -- Lenoir-Rhyne, Presbyterian Claim SAC Regular Season Volleyball Championship With Sweep of Mars Hill, 3-0
The Lenoir-Rhyne College volleyball team clinched at least a share of its first-ever South Atlantic Conference Regular Season Championship with a 3-0 sweep of Mars Hill College Tuesday evening. Also,k Presbyterian College secured a share of the regular season championship with a 30-15, 30-13, 30-12 victory over the visiting Indians of Newberry College.

Aug 11 -- Presbyterian College Picked to Win 2004 South Atlantic Conference Volleyball Title
Presbyterian College, last year’s regular-season league champion, was tabbed by the league’s coaches as the preseason favorite to repeat and win the 2004 South Atlantic Conference volleyball race. Wingate University is picked to finish second. The Blue Hose placed three on the preseason All-Conference volleyball team.
